With Direct/PSP, funds land in your own acquiring account and you handle tax and compliance yourself — maximum flexibility, but it requires a business review to activate. With fully managed (our default, recommended option), FastStar acts as the seller of record, collects payment and remits global taxes; funds enter our settlement system and are paid out to you on schedule. It is as simple and hands-off as opening a shop on a marketplace.

After a buyer pays, the proceeds enter our settlement system and are credited to your balance (net of taxes and fees). We pay out your available balance to your bank account on a fixed cycle through a compliant global payout network, with multi-currency support.

Not in fully managed mode. FastStar registers and remits VAT/GST/sales tax across 90+ regions as the seller of record, so the revenue you receive is already tax-compliant.

Yes — both. Subscriptions include plans, trials, usage-based billing and automatic renewals; one-time purchases support single products, licenses and digital downloads. Both work in either mode.

After signing up you can open the checkout with one line of the JS SDK, or simply generate a payment link to start selling — usually within minutes. A Flutter SDK is available for mobile.

Yes. In fully managed mode you complete online identity verification (KYC for individuals, KYB for businesses). Once approved, collection is activated automatically — entirely online, no redirects.

No. You integrate only with our own JS and Flutter SDK and our hosted checkout, under the FastStar brand. You never touch Stripe and never need a Stripe account — any third-party processors exist only on our servers.

The hosted checkout supports major cards, 3D Secure and popular local payment methods, presented in the buyer’s currency. Payouts support multiple currencies to your bank account.
